PRESENTATION: The hotelier has the freedom not to receive customers whose attire is indecent and neglected, customers having a noisy or incorrect behaviour, customers whose behaviour is contrary to good morals and public order.
PAYMENT: The room rate is set for the day. We ask every individual staying in our hotel to present an identity card for any type of settlement. If you could not provide us with this document, we would be forced not to access at your room rental request.
ROOMS: The rooms are rented for the number of persons indicated corresponding to the type of room:
- Single room: 1 person maximum
- Double room: 1 or 2 persons maxi
The event of a breach of this regulation, the hotel reserves the right to charge the customer responsible for the cost of the room (or rooms) corresponding to the number of persons found in excess, in the presence of the customer or not, at the rates of the rooms at the time of the transgression of the rules of Procedure. The hotel charges the bank card of the insensitive customer.
DEGRADATION: We ask our customers to respect the surroundings as well as the decoration of your room. In the event of degradation, the customer will have to incur his civil liability. During the stay, a key will allow the free access to the room will be handed over to the customer, in case of loss, the repair will be charged €25. Remember to bring the room key back to the reception at the time of your departure.
IN CASE OF INTERRUPTION OF THE STAY: No reimbursement will be made. Also in case of early departure, the stay is due in its entirety. Delays in arrival or early departures cannot be reimbursed under any circumstances.
CANCELLATION CONDITIONS: For a free cancellation, please contact us 48 h before arrival, past this time, the amount of the first night will be due. For a reservation on the same day, cancellation or modification must be made before 12.00, past this time the amount of the first night will be due;
NON-PRESENTATION to scheduled plans does not give rise to reimbursement.
TOURIST TAX, not included in the price of the reservation, is in force in the municipality. It is payable on site and applicable per person per day.
SWIMMING POOL is open from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. from June to August. For safety, the pool is fenced. The hotel does not accept any liability for accidents in or around the pool. It goes without saying that children must be under the supervision of parents.
BREAKFAST is served from 7 a.m. until 9.30 a.m. in the room provided for this purpose;
PARKING: Is private and only reserved for people who have rented a room in the hotel. Your vehicle remains under your full responsibility. It is advisable not to leave any effects in appearance. By courtesy, you are asked to park your vehicles in a coherent way so as not to use too much space that would be lacking for others.
ANIMALS: (dogs and cats) are accepted but subject to conditions: be kept on a leash in all the common areas of our establishment, outside the premises of the establishment for their natural needs. For reasons of hygiene, pets are not allowed in the breakfast room. The price per pet is 10€ per night (in case of degradation, bactericidal disinfection of the room will be charged €90).
ACCESS TO THE ROOMS: the rooms available to our guests are checked, functional and in good condition. Any occupation of the rooms shall entail “ipso facto” the customer’s recognition of the inventory of the furniture following the register maintained by the hotelier. Our guests are invited to report immediately to the hotel reception any failure. The rooms are available from 16.00 and must be released before 11.00 am. Attention, in case of late departure, an additional night will be charged. To keep the room an additional night, the payment must be made before 12.00 p.m., subject to availability. In addition, the room is provided for a specified number of persons; To ensure the safety rules of the hotel no additional person should be accommodated. The management draws the attention of its customers to ensure that the door of the room remains closed.
PROHIBITION: We recall that the smoking ban has been in place in all public places since January 2, 2008. It is also absolutely forbidden to smoke in the rooms for obvious reasons of safety and comfort (the non-compliance will result in an indemnity of 150 €/night). It is forbidden to use gas or electric appliances in rooms other than those made available (examples: stove, coffee maker, etc.)
RECEPTION does not accept any liability for baggage or objects deposited in public places. The hotel staff is always reachable and at any time by dialling the hotel phone number or the 00.33.6.37.70.35.40
NOISE: For the respect of the other guests, be careful not to slam the doors or to make too much noise Particularly between 10PM and 8AM. Any neighbourhood noise related to the behaviour of a person or an animal under his or her responsibility may cause the hotelier to invite the client to leave the establishment without the need for acoustic measurements, as long as the noise generated is to undermine the tranquillity of the other customers(art.) R. 1334-30 ER R; (1334-31 of the Public Health Code), and to combat the exploitation of minors (client as accompanying). A hotel room is a resting place. Any trade is strictly forbidden.
THE HOTEL’S INTERNAL RULES apply to all reservations. Any stay implies acceptance of the special conditions and the rules of the hotel
IF THE CUSTOMERS DOESN’T RESPECT ANY OF THESE PROVISIONS THE HOTELIER WILL BE OBLIGED TO INVITE THE CLIENT TO LEAVE THE ESTABLISHMENT WITHOUT ANY COMPENSATION.
